TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome! These Terms & Conditions outline the important details that apply to all our Book Writing, Publishing, and Marketing services at London Publisher. Please take a moment to read through them, as they ensure we’re on the same page and help make your publishing journey smooth and successful.

Copyrights

At London Publisher, it is our policy to ensure that the full copyright of the final content we develop for you remains entirely your property. Once your project is completed, you have the complete freedom to use, share, or publish your content across any platform or medium of your choice. We do not retain any rights over your material.

Payment Policy

We require a 100% upfront payment for all services prior to the commencement of work. This amount is inclusive of applicable taxes and is to be financed solely by the Author. This one-time payment covers all agreed services with no recurring charges or royalty claims from our side.

Revision Policy

We’re committed to your satisfaction and offer multiple rounds of revisions after the initial delivery. These must be requested within 7 days of project completion. In special cases, this revision window may be extended to 14 days.

Revision turnaround times are as follows:

Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed transparently.

Project Requirements

We believe every author's journey is unique. That’s why we take the time to understand your individual goals, preferences, and creative vision before we begin any work. Should any concerns or clarifications arise, we will address them in line with the terms agreed upon at the start of the project.

Our aim is to ensure you feel fully supported, informed, and confident from start to finish.

Refund Policy

At London Publisher, we are fully committed to delivering exceptional quality and honouring our professional promises. We take full responsibility for the success of every project once payment has been made and the scope of work has been agreed upon.

To ensure transparency and professional clarity, our refund policy is outlined below:

Immediate Resource Allocation

Upon receipt of payment, your project is immediately assigned to our professional editorial team. This internal mobilisation involves the allocation of specific talent and the scheduling of dedicated man-hours. Consequently, once a project has been formalised and the editors have commenced their review, we are unable to offer refunds for a change of mind or cancellation without a valid, substantiated reason.

Scope of Work & Commitment

By processing a payment, the client acknowledges that the project is active. We do not provide refunds for:

Sudden changes in project direction after work has begun.

Cancellations made without the express written consent of London Publisher.

Work already in progress that aligns with the previously agreed-upon brief.

Our Commitment to Excellence

While we maintain a firm stance on "change of mind" cancellations, your satisfaction remains our priority. If you feel the project is not meeting your expectations, we encourage you to utilise our revision process. Our team will work closely with you to refine the content and ensure the final delivery meets our high standards of excellence.

Before Manuscript Submission:

You are eligible for a refund, minus a small transactional fee of £100 or 10% of the total payment (whichever is lower), provided your manuscript has not yet been submitted.

Please note: Refunds cannot be issued in the event of a "change of mind" once payment has been made. Your payment secures our time, resources, and publishing expertise. However, if we fail to deliver the results or services as committed, you have every right to request a refund under the conditions stated above.
